First Aid Kit for Travel Adventure
Our adventure travel arrangements to Morehead City continue and purchase of various tools for travel and clothing, as well as reading guides, and several alternative routes are occupying much of our time. Most guides and travelers are advised for these routes a small first aid kit with basic medicines. However, the size of this kit will depend largely on the “conscience” or apprehension of the travelers themselves and especially in the area we visit.
Here is a compilation of what could take our first aid kit for an adventure trip:
* Aspirin
* Tape
* Antibacterial ointment for cuts and burns
* Antibiotics
* Antidiarrheals
* Antihistamines for allergies or high fever
* Anti-inflammatory
* Bandages and gauze
* Insect repellent
* Water purification tablets
* Swiss Army Knife
* Cortisone ointment
* Sun cream
* Sterile syringes and needles
You may not use all the things we proposed in this list, but as we said before, everything will depend on the passenger himself. In my case, for this adventure trip to Morehead City would never miss a good insect repellent. By the way, do not fail the subject of vaccines because this time the vaccination centers are packed.
