NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES

Travelers wishing to visit Myanmar (Burma), Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and China from Thailand can use the services of several Thai travel agencies that currently offer a wide range of visits to major tourist attractions within five neighboring countries. The attractiveness of Thailand as a holiday destination is very different. Thailand is rich in architecture, culture, cuisine and traditions that are all clearly Thai. Yet, paradoxically, the Thais, with that natural charisma and cheerful temperament that characterizes them, have a fascinating ability to make visitors feel at home.

Located in the heart of Southeast Asia, Thailand is shaped like an elephant head. The face looks to Myanmar (Burma), ears, bordering Laos and Cambodia and the tube runs through the space between the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Siam to Malaysia.

The natural landscape is rich and varied, ranging from the misty mountains and jungles of the North, through the rich emerald green paddy fields of the central plains, to white sand beaches and tropical islands that stretch along the eastern seaboard and throughout the South.
